Unpopular opinion of the day

Just rewatched Dogma with my mom and uncle.
Such a great movie that brings up religious issues without sounding preachy or majorly inflammatory (thirteenth apostles and slutty muses aside). How many of you honestly knew that this picture came from Dogma?

IT’S THE DAMN WINDOWS. My room would otherwise be pretty warm, but I think the window in my room wasn’t installed properly when we had it installed. You can actually see the moisture that comes in through the windows which brings with it cold. My uncle’s going to try to seal it tomorrow.

There was once a man named Ryan. He lived in the type of place you would expect a twentysomething to be living in- right in the heart of a bustling city. He lived in a modest apartment furnished with some respectable Ikea furniture. On entering his place of residence one can usually hear some faint music playing- usually classical melodies but lately Ryan had been getting into folk. Ryan could...

Douglas Coupland is my inspiration.
For those of you not in the know, he’s a rather famous Canadian author. His first novel was Generation X: Tales For An Accelerated Culture (it actually popularized the term “generation x”) and his most recent work being Player One. I just finished reading the former. It was definitely one of the weirder books of his, mainly because there wasn’t so much a plot as there was...
